All purpose flour - 2 cups
Cilantro - 1 big bunch
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green chillies - 10 or more as per your taste
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Oil - to deep fry
1. Blend cilantro, ginger, green chillies.
2. Mix the blend mixture to the flour.
3. Add the butter, salt and olive oil and knead to to tight dough.
4. Roll the dough like a tortilla and cut to strips with a pizza cutter.
5. Deep fry on medium heat till done.
